The Daily Show is an American late-night talk show and news satire television program that airs each Monday through Thursday on Comedy Central starting with the first episode of the show on July 22, 1996 and ending with the last episode of the show on September 28, 2015. The show was originally known as The Daily Show with Craig Kilborn from 1996 to 1998, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart from 1999 until 2015, and The Daily Show with Trevor Noah since 2015, and has won 24 Primetime Emmy Awards.
